Genesis Repertory is a non-profit 501c3 professional arts & education organization operating in the Tristate area, incorporated in 1999 by associates at Wilke Farr & Gallagher. Donations can be made to the company-proper or to a particular unit. Donations can be focused toward a specific unit (classical, new works, operatic) or to a program (classes, Project R.E.A.C.T.)

- The Classical Unit directed by Genesis’ artistic director and acclaimed classical director, takes the works of Shakespeare along with his contemporaries and “While keeping faithful to the text,” modernizes the setting, making it accessible and understandable to a wide and varied audience.
- The Young People’s Unit – Anne & Fay’s Stage “dedicated to the memory of Anne Berman & Fay Tomick,” two philanthropists who took a special interest in Genesis’ work “brings the theatre to schools and children’s groups and gives the next generation their first taste of live theatre.”
- The New Works Unit – The King Series named for Anthony King, one of Genesis’ original benefactors and former associate of the Manhattan Theatre Club “ creates opportunities for new plays and playwrights to share their latest works with all audiences.
- Project R.E.A.C.T. Repertory of Emerging Artists from College Theaters – “this program is designed to open the door to the world of professional theatre to students from colleges and conservatories.” This project was inaugurated at the 2005 New York International Fringe Festival with students from Fordham University, Brooklyn College, Yeshiva University, and Kingsborough College.
